Carton Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

1. Electrical adjustment of grooving phass with data displayed.

Feeding unit

1. Adopt vacuum absorption lead edge feeder, high pressure centrifugal fan auxiliary feeding paper, wind adjustable.

2. adopt unique quick change type half wheel mechanism to ensure the consistency of feeding position, avoid feeding wheel circle wear is not the same, and replacement is very convenient.

Printing unit

1. The ink supply device is provided with an ink penetration leather pad and a sputtering ink return mechanism,,to prevent ink outside impact printing quality.

6.Die-cutting roller lift pneumatically and make rubber good when idling and phase adjustment to save cost

7. Rubber shaft axial moving 40mm automatically . Creasing not repeat and improve rubber using life

8. Rubber shaft with repair device auto and can repair 3-4 times
