Lead Edge Feeder
1.Servo type None-pressure Lead edge feeder with vacuum suction, wind is adjustable depend on
sheet, make sure feed sheet smoothly.
2.Main motor with start protecting device, machine cannot run when machine units aren't lock

4.Double feed rollers wrapped with rubber, with groove prevent
overpressure, reduce pressed sheet
5.Left-right baffle adjusted by computer with automatic flap, back

Slotter Unit
Slotting Unit Features:
● Single shaft double-knife slotting, internal gear adjust the
height of the box, and the lubricating oil is not easy to
contaminate the carton.
● The upper pre-pressing wheel and the creasing wheel are covered
with anvil ring, and the cardboard is not easy to be crushed.
● The lateral movement of the slotting knife adopts the lead screw
and the linear guide rail, and the movement is flexible and
accurate.
● The upper and lower knife holders are linked by transmission
shafts, the upper and lower knives are accurate and the knife life
is prolonged.
● Self-locking structure is adopted for the adjustment of slotting
knife seat, preloading and indentation gap.
● The height adjustment of slotting tool box has anti-collision
protection device, which will not damage the machine.
● Elastic chamfering knife structure, can cut three-layer and
five-layer cardboard without adjustment, easy to operate
